2009 – PRESENT

  • Led production schedules, managed vendors, interviewed talent, secured contractors, assessed software, renewed licenses, secured usage rights and ensured NDAs.
  • Very client-facing for a producer.  Set realistic expectations, protected the production team and schedule, reminded the client of the development process and celebrated milestones.
  • Experience with a wide range of industries, from consumer packaged goods, to car sales, to event promotion, to non-profit initiatives, to industrial manufactured plastics and aluminum.
  • Frequently on-loan to ad agencies, such as McCann Erikson, who need expertise producing digital projects for their Fortune 500 clients.
  • Consulted on new business start-ups regarding development planning and likely pitfalls.
  • Assisted with new business pitches and business development.
  • Developed production estimates, budgets and timelines.

2003 – 2009

  • Team lead, project manager and due diligence specialist.
  • Licensed real estate agent for commercial investment real estate. 
  • Member of and contributor to the “Private Client Group,” at the bleeding edge of real estate digital marketing within this massive international corporation.  Using various digital tools to service clients and reach our desired customer base.
  • Managed projects (buildings, portfolios) from initial offering to successful closing.  Create multi-layered project timelines.  Managed  critical deadlines with millions of dollars at stake.
  • Act as buyer/owner liaison.  Maintain client relationships, determine development opportunities, coordinate team, assign roles.
  • Conduct research and market investigation.  Responsible for information collection, verification and accuracy.
  • Financial assessment including ROI goals, capitalization and pricing structure.
  • Review, interview and hire vendors and subject matter experts.
  • Create and manage offline and online marketing tactics, review analytics for insight, conduct database queries, publish site edits, email marketing, collateral pieces, ensure quality control.

2001 – 2003

  • Restructured the agency’s Interactive department, improving workflow, monetizing skill sets and improving morale. 
  • Offered education to whole agency regarding web trends and guidelines.
  • Provided client service, led presentations, assisted with new business pitches.
  • Contributed to creative concepting, offered art direction feedback.
  • Set and supervised timelines and milestones, provided quality assurance.
  • Agency’s primary website architect, offering analysis, site and flow mapping, outlining functionality expectations.
  • Managed integrated campaigns including email marketing, banner advertising and CD Roms.

1999 – 2001

  • Witnessed and participated in the Internet boom and bust amongst forward-thinking clients, pioneering creatives and technical experts. 
  • Spearheaded Intel’s first B2B web property – the Intel e-Business Center.  Although it was a content-heavy site with bi-weekly launches that needed EU localization and approval, my team reached our six month anniversary of manually managing a continually evolving site without a single error or missed deadline.  For this I received commendations from high-ranking Intel officials.
  • Produced InFocus’ first Flash-based consumer site with cutting edge product configurator.  Coordinated with several international divisions to assure simultaneous launch in the US, Europe and China.
  • Managed Xircom’s ecommerce portal, both database-driven and multilingual.
  • Coordinated interactive production schedules, created budgets, timelines, assembled project teams, interfaced with client contacts.
  • Managed multiple vendors, negotiated contracts, ensured quality control, adherence to style guides, coordinated proofreading rounds, tested browser compatibility, utilized our in-house QA lab for testing, provided team motivation during crunch time.

1996 – 1999

  • Brought on to manage production of pc and console video game titles.  Created project budgets, production schedules, planning documentation.
  • Created and pitched original game concept internally.  With company support, a dedicated team presented to possible publishers including Namco, Sega and Warner Bros.  Reached agreement with Activision to produce the title.
  • Created team, outlined asset needs, cast talent, scripted sequences, choreographed motion capture.
  • Managed art directors, animators, programmers and copywriters.
  • Presented game demo for “Legend of the Five Rings” on the floor of the 1998 E3 in Atlanta, Georgia.  Wrote game previews for game magazines.
  • Coordinated, managed and produced additional titles for Sierra, Sirtech and Mattel.
